At Needlesay, every order is prepared with care before it leaves 
our hands.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed 
on weekends or public holidays are processed the following 
business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Pakistan)
Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
Free shipping on orders above PKR 12000 /-

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
— Middle East: 7–12 business days
— Europe & UK: 10–15 business days
— North America: 12–18 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based 
on destination and order weight.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking 
number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking 
information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and 
import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility 
of the customer and are not included in the order total.

DELAYS
Needlesay is not responsible for delays caused by customs 
clearance or circumstances beyond our control. We will always 
do our best to communicate any known delays promptly.
